Brought my truck in for a front end alignment and Mr AJ and Brandon Fuller took care of me with top notch service and customer care, not to mention in a timely fashion also. I highly recommend anyone to go see them !!!

AJ and his team were the best! They showed sincere interest when I explained that I had lost control of my car when I hit a large puddle of water on the interstate during my TDY travels to this area. Fortunately, the hydroplane didn’t cause a crash. The technician immediately jumped on finding out what could have caused the problem. I am so grateful they were spot on with repairs, considering I am good with keeping up with maintenance. My car feels much safer on the road! 🙏🏼 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🏆

These guys are great. I was told by another business that my lower control arms/bushings were worn out and needed to be replaced. I brought it to Big Brand Tire & Service for a second opinion. They checked it out and gave me an honest diagnosis and informed me that they were fine and were far from needing replaced. They are honest and fair. Highly recommended!

Called in to check availability for getting a wheel alignment, and was told to come on in, and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. I had been to 2 previous alignment shops, one couldn't align with 24 inch rims, and the other was a 4 hour wait. Thx a bunch guys, you are my new go to guys, and will definitely recommend your services!!

Very professional and pretty fast on time as well. Very honest about what I needed for my truck but didn’t try to pressure me to buy every thing all at once!! They did a great job!
